Why Onsite Health Co.

Healthcare that builds stronger, healthier teams.

A healthy team is a high-performing team.

Onsite Health Co. brings qualified healthcare professionals directly into your workplace, delivering hands-on treatment and preventative care that keeps employees moving well, feeling good and performing at their best.

Each employee receives private, one-on-one care focused on hands-on treatment and long-term movement health, building resilience rather than simply treating pain when it appears. For employers, this builds a stronger workplace culture: healthier teams, better morale, and a visible investment in the people who drive the business forward.

Who We Are

About Onsite Health Co.

Healthier teams build stronger companies.

Onsite Health Co. was founded on a simple belief: a company's culture is built from the inside out, through how it invests in the people who show up every day. Hands-on healthcare, delivered onsite, is one of the clearest ways a business can show its team that they matter.

We bring qualified, AHPRA registered practitioners into the workplace for private consultations during the working day. Every practitioner works to the same clinical protocol, the same intake and documentation standard, and the same reporting format, so a clinic runs the same way wherever it is delivered.

We work with organisations from single growing offices through to multi-site national workforces, and we are deliberate about how we grow. Every program is designed and overseen by our founder and Clinical Director, Peter Schiavone, an AHPRA registered osteopath, who establishes each new site personally before it runs independently.

Questions Employers Ask

Everything you need to know before booking.

The questions we hear most from businesses considering a workplace clinic.

Our Half-Day Clinic starts at $1,250 + GST and our Full-Day Clinic at $2,250 + GST, both including travel within metro Melbourne. See the Pricing section above for full inclusions, or get in touch for a tailored quote if you're outside Melbourne or need a larger program.

Yes. We hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and can provide evidence of currency on request.

No. Individual consultations are private between the employee and their practitioner, in line with Australian privacy law. You'll only receive de-identified, aggregate reporting, like attendance numbers, unless an employee separately consents to sharing specific information, for example as part of a return-to-work plan.

No, participation is completely voluntary. We never require or pressure staff to attend, they choose whether and when to book a session.

Just a private, suitable space, like a meeting room or quiet office, and reasonable access for setup. We bring everything else: treatment table, equipment, and materials.

We recommend at least 5 business days' notice to lock in a clinic date, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timeframes depending on availability.

Absolutely. Many of our clients move to monthly or quarterly recurring clinics after an initial session, a locked-in schedule that keeps your workplace covered without the back-and-forth of rebooking.

Travel is quoted separately from the clinic fee and carries no margin, so you pay what we pay. For interstate sites we will set out the expected flights, accommodation and ground transport before anything is booked, and agree the approach with you in writing. Most clients choose one of three options: you book and pay for travel directly, we book it and pass the receipts through at cost, or we agree a fixed travel allowance per site so the number never moves. We are happy to talk any of this through on a call before you commit.

We deliver clinics across Australia: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania. Melbourne is our home base and travel is included for metro clients. For sites elsewhere, travel is agreed with you in advance and charged at cost with no margin applied.
